I think it is fair to say we all know someone, or a group of friends, who have been to Thailand. Thailand is a beautiful country with stunning landscapes. I have been to Thailand before and can say, for any fitness lovers out there, Railay Beach in Krabi is the place to go. We stayed for two weeks in Railey Beach where we participated in Deep Solo Water Climbing. This is an adrenaline-filled activity that involves rock climbing over a body of water, with no ropes.
These are something that we have been hearing more and more about. Recently, a friend of mine stayed in a fitness retreat in NSW and they said it was the best holiday they have ever had. Of course, you could do this with the intention of getting incredibly fit and in shape, however, my friend done so with the intention of enjoyment. So, while they would work out throughout the day in different ways, it meant that they could eat to their heart’s content without any guilty feelings!
